I tailor therapy to your unique experiences and challenges, combining Gestalt and Integrative methods. Together, we’ll work in a supportive, client-centered environment to:

  • Explore your story

  • Reconnect with your strengths

  • Build a life that feels right for you

I work both in English and in Italian.

My approach

  • Talking therapy can be truly transformative, but my work goes beyond conversation. I incorporate creative and experiential methods like:

    • Art: Using visual expression to process emotions

    • Mindfulness-based techniques: Practicing meditation, breathing exercises, and body scans to cultivate present-moment awareness and support emotional regulation

    • Nature-based practices: Finding clarity and connection through outdoor settings

    • Sandplay: Creating scenes using miniature objects in a sandbox to explore unconscious thoughts and feelings

    • And other experiences that may emerge organically: Therapy is a collaborative process, and unique insights or approaches may arise naturally through our work together, tailored to your needs in the moment.

These approaches can help you gain new perspectives and connect with yourself in a deeper, more holistic way.

  • At the heart of my work are values of authenticity, inclusion, and social justice.

I believe our lives are shaped by politics — by systems of power and whose stories get heard. Therapy can be a space to explore how these realities affect your body, relationships, and sense of self. It can help you challenge unhelpful norms, rediscover your voice, and navigate life with greater awareness and freedom.

My practice is rooted in anti-racist principles, LGBTQ+ affirmation, and accessibility for neurodivergent and disabled people. I am committed to challenging systemic barriers, while recognising that this is an ongoing process, not a finished achievement.

    What this means in practice:

    • Ongoing growth: I reflect on my biases and privilege, stay active on social justice issues, and use supervision to better support my clients

    • Affordable options: Sliding scale fees are available for those facing financial difficulties—contact me to discuss

    • Accessible therapy: I aim to adapt my approach to meet the needs of visible and invisible disabilities. I offer online or outdoor sessions if physical therapy spaces are inaccessible

    • Addressing systemic barriers in the therapeutic space: Together, we can unpack societal issues impacting your well-being, and identify ways to navigate, challenge, or heal from their effects in a way that feels empowering to you.

  • Gestalt therapy is about being more aware of what’s going on in your thoughts, feelings, and actions right in the moment. Past traumas and experiences are explored through the lenses of your experience in the present and what emerges in the relationship between therapist and client

This approach can help you understand yourself better and make choices that truly fit who you are, bringing you closer to the life you want.

Gestalt focusses on the connection between mind and body, recognising that our bodies often hold onto emotions and can get stuck in patterns that don’t serve us. By paying close attention to what you’re feeling physically, you can better understand your emotions, making the process of self-discovery more impactful and transformative.
